Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, if in new condition. Refunds require a receipt of purchase.
No returns on sale items or special orders.
No returns on software, books, fabric or patterns
There will be a restocking fee of 20% on Machines that have been opened.
Class enrollment must be cancelled no less than 48 Hours prior to class to receive refund or credit. Two week notice is required for special events and guest teachers.
