International Orders
Customers placing orders from outside of the United States will be contacted with shipping information before order completion.

Fabric Ordering Policy
There is a minimum cut of 1 yard for online orders. After one yard we will cut fabrics in half-yard increments. If the amount of yardage ordered by the customer exceeds the current inventory of a fabric, the customer will be notified.

Sales Tax
All orders placed from within the state of Texas will be charged an 8.25% sales tax. Orders placed from outside the United States may be subject to other fees, the customer will be contacted with that information prior to order completion.

Return Policy
We cannot accept cut fabric, kits, software, embroidery designs, books, patterns, or sale items as returns. If a product does not meet your satisfaction please contact us immediately so that we may assist you the best we can.
